/admin/shops/[shopId]

Landing page after you open a shop. Cards and widgets respect staff permissions (orders, inventory, analytics, and so on). Use it as the operational overview before drilling into Products, Orders, or Analytics.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/products

Primary catalogue index. Create, search, and open products. Variants, media, pricing, and channel visibility are managed from the product editor. Changes sync to POS and Storefront for the same shop.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/products/new

Wizard/form to create a listing: title, type, vendor, options, variants, and pricing. After save you land on edit for media, inventory links, and publishing.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/products/[productId]/edit

Full product editor. Update options, SKUs, barcodes, prices, and images. Inventory quantities are adjusted from Inventory or stock movements rather than casually on this screen.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/inventory

See on-hand stock by variant/location, apply adjustments, and open stock-movement history. The movement modal scrolls on smaller viewports so long ledgers stay usable.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/inventory/low-stock

Filtered inventory view for variants under their reorder point. Useful for replenishment and purchase-order planning. Also linked from Analytics when inventory insights surface.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/purchase-orders

Track supplier orders from draft through received. Open a PO to receive stock into locations/bins and create the linked inventory movements.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/purchase-orders/new

Build a PO with vendor, expected lines, and costs. Saving creates a draft/open PO you can receive later from the PO detail page.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/purchase-orders/[poId]

Line-level receiving and status for one purchase order. Receiving updates inventory for the target location.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/products/barcode-labels

Select variants and print barcode label sheets for the shop floor. Requires a POS-capable plan. Label behaviour can be tuned under Settings → Barcode Settings.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/orders

Unified order index across storefront and POS. Filter by status, channel, and date. Rows open the order detail for fulfillment, payments, and cancel/refund actions. Cancel is blocked for completed sales.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/orders/[orderId]

Full order record: line items, customer, payment state, fulfillment, and timeline. Use this page for staff refunds, cancels (when allowed), and pickup/ship actions.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/orders/live

Operational board for incoming pickup and fulfillment work when live orders are enabled for the shop. Designed for staff who need a glanceable queue rather than the full order table.

History of fulfillment actions taken by staff — useful for ops review and exception handling after busy pickup periods.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/orders/returns

Process customer and POS-originated returns. Complements till return flows; Admin is where back-office staff finish or review return cases.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/suspended-sales

Admin view of sales suspended on the till. After day-end or timeout, staff can restore (original prices), cancel, or archive. Cashiers also recall parked sales directly on the POS with F9.

Search and open customer profiles. Profiles power loyalty, order history, and POS customer attach. Index rows navigate to the customer detail page.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/customers/[customerId]

Single customer record: contact fields, order history, and loyalty activity. Used by support and till staff who look up a shopper after a sale.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/customer-segments

List of rule-based segments. Segments can drive discounts and campaigns. Create/edit rules from the segment new/edit routes.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/customer-segments/new

Build a segment with filters (spend, visit, attributes). Saved segments appear in the segments index for reuse.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/customer-segments/[segmentId]

Read-only overview of a segment before editing rules or attaching it to a discount.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/customer-segments/[segmentId]/edit

Update filters that define who belongs to the segment. Changes affect future marketing targeting, not historical orders.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/analytics

High-level performance: revenue, orders, and trends. Inventory-related insights deep-link into Inventory / Low stock so ops can act without hunting through menus.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts

Index of active and scheduled discounts. Create flows branch by type (amount off products/order, BXGY, free shipping). Rows open the edit page for that discount.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts/new/amount-off-products

Percentage or fixed amount off selected products/collections. Applies at storefront checkout and, when eligible, on POS.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts/new/amount-off-order

Cart/order total discount with optional minimums and codes. Shared catalogue rules apply across channels when the shop is omnichannel.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts/new/buy-x-get-y

Configure customer-gets lines when they buy qualifying items. Preview eligibility carefully before publishing.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts/new/free-shipping

Waives shipping for matching carts. Depends on ecommerce shipping methods configured under Shipping & delivery.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/discounts/[discountId]/edit

Change dates, codes, eligibility, and amounts for a saved discount. Deactivating removes it from future checkouts.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/gift-cards

Create store credit instruments usable on storefront and POS. Open a card for balance, history, and status. Legacy POS gift-card settings redirect here.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/gift-cards/[giftCardId]

Inspect a gift card’s remaining balance, redemptions, and disable/enable state. Useful when a till redemption fails or a customer queries balance.

/admin/shops/[shopId]/reports/pos

POS-focused reporting: tender mix, drawer day-end, refunds, and cashback. Legacy Cashback report URL redirects into this page. Requires a POS-capable plan.

Apps surface for extensions. The main sidebar entry may be hidden when the apps UI flag is off; the route remains for future marketplace work.

Opening Settings switches Admin into the settings sidebar (“Back to Admin”). The hub redirects to General store details. All store configuration lives under this nav state.
